Amemoir Ordering Information
When you are ready to order, please provide us with a selection of photographs, a favourite verse, or prayer and perhaps a sample of handwriting, or a signature - to personalise the card a bit more. We will provide you with a colour proof, normally within three days. If you wish to change something, we will provide a second proof. When you have approved the proof, we will proceed to print and should have the order ready for delivery within ten days.
Verses & Text
If you have a favourite poem or prayer, a song lyric, or a favourite saying of the deceased, we can include it. However, too much text can make the memorial look cramped. Two or three shorter verses work well.
Scratched or Damaged Photographs
Whilst we cannot repair everything, we have the technology and skills that enable us to repair some damage to photos. We do not charge for small amounts of cleaning and repair, but if a photo is badly damaged then additional charges may apply. We will advise you of this.
Reprints
It is always more economical to order sufficient memorial cards. However, should you need more at a later stage, we charge the list price, less one third for the artwork already done.
Proofs, Changes & New Photos
We are happy to make layout changes for you and will provide a second set of proofs at no extra cost. However, changing or adding photos will involve new scanning and/or artwork and costs €25 per photo. Third and subsequent revisions and or proofs will cost €35 each. If you would like to see your proof in 2 different formats, there is an additional charge of €75
Due to the fixed design and setup costs involved, we do not provide speculative proofs. Proofs are only provided on the basis that an order has been placed and a deposit received. If a proof has been commissioned and the order does not proceed for whatever reason, then a €100 fee will apply. (Any deposit excess will be returned to you.)
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required with each order, with the balance due on proof approval. Payment can be made by cheque, postal order, bank draft or credit card.

We guarantee three things to our customers: Firstly, we have respect for grieving families. We do not send unsolicited samples to anyone. Secondly, we try to be understanding and give our clients the best possible attention and service throughout the process. Lastly but certainly not least of all, we won’t settle for anything less than top quality in all of our design and print.
The Amemoir Trademark Of Quality
Over the years, several companies have tried to copy our products, but there are no short cuts to quality. Our name is a registered and protected trademark. It doesn’t have the Amemoir quality if it doesn’t have the Amemoir name.
